L&D Co-ordinator (FTC)

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a L&D  Co-ordinator to work within the busy HR department to manage and co-ordinate the Learning Management System.

The successful candidate will be required to liaise with the stakeholders from all areas of the business and to manage the end to end process of the implementation of training initiatives for all policies, procedures and training on our LMS

You will be responsible for assessing the impact an LMS training requirement may have on existing curriculum(s)/audiences and business productivity, considering the timeframe and expectations for completion.

The role will contribute to the ongoing implementation of our LMS and you will actively work to engage employees in its use and help to educate them on the process, contributing to the development of new processes where required and problem-solving to rectify any business critical training requirements. 

Excellent Time Management and communication skills are critical to ensure that information gathered from the stakeholders is accurate and fulfils compliance and regulatory requirements. You will be working collaboratively with the stakeholders to be support them to upgrade existing content with any changes and to create new content. 

Essential:

  • GCSE or equivalent Grade 4 to 9 in English and maths or above or equivalent through relevant training/experience
  • Understanding and respect for the confidential nature of the work of the HR Department
  • To be accurate and methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work as a member of the team and also using own initiative
  • The ability to work to deadlines without constant supervision
  • To be positive, friendly and approachable.
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The willingness to learn and understand business processes
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
