CLEANING VALIDATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Cleaning Validation Specialist who is organised and has great attention to detail. 

Our Cleaning Validation Specialist is responsible for design & execution of our cleaning validation ensuring practises are compliant, ready for audit and maintained to the highest standards.  

This role is a combination of remote & Head office Birmingham Base

 Role  

  • To prepare and execute protocols and reports for cleaning development and validation. 
  • To perform investigation of cleaning related issues and discrepancies. 
  • To lead and enhance all cleaning practices within the operation group. 
  • To support the training of all employees in cleaning related activities. Responsible for escalating any concerns regarding performance and standards.  
  • Ensure all processes are reported back to the appropriate person ensuring potential issues are highlighted and addresses.  
  • To complete all necessary records and worksheets fully and ensuring compliant to the Quality Management system and regulatory requirements.  
  • Ensure continuous improvement techniques are successfully delivered. 
  • Ability to write, design and review protocols for investigation, approve new documents, write NCR’s.   
  • Perform transfer of data checks and calculation checks and ensure issues are raised to relevant department. 
  • Review all processes and procedures regularly and take responsibility to make necessary recommendations for changes.  

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Degree level within a scientific area. 
  • Previous Laboratory experience and or Regulated Industry 
  • Experience of Cleaning Validation Activities  
  • Understanding of scientific and regulatory principles. 
  • Experience of Risk Assessment Management 
  • Experience of change control processes 
  • Background within IVD preferred 
  • Good analytical skills and ability to multi-task. 
  • Excellent written & communications skills.

Hours: 40 hrs Based on site.
