Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator who is passionate to work on our Reagent Manufacturing Department.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Capping and labelling a wide range of liquid reagents into a number of bottle types using automated equipment.
- Print labels and affix to components using automated labelling machines and by hand.
- Complete written documentation including calculations and quality checks.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on equipment as directed
- Collect raw materials from and return of filled components to cold storage
- Advise the supervisor of equipment faults and any out of specification events
We are looking for:
- Experience working in the pharma, healthcare, food or similar industry.
- GCSE Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)
- Experience of following written quality procedures and working practices including GMP
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using computerised systems
- Flexibility to the needs of the business, working out of hours if and when required
- Training will be provided as required.
