Assembly Operatives

We are looking for 2 Assembly Operatives to work  within our Finished Kit Assembly Department. 

We have a new opportunity in the Supply Chain department for an Assembly Operative working at our Kings Norton site.   The successful candidate will work as part of a team small team carrying out the final stage of our manufacturing process putting together components into kit boxes, ready for sale to our customers. The role requires the ability to handle small items which need placing accurately into the correct slot in a box and you will also receive full training in the use of all the equipment used in the department.

 

Candidates who are successful at interview may be invited to come back for a basic manual dexterity assessment.

Essential:

  • GCSE English and Mathematics
  • Experience working in an assembly/packing environment
  • The ability to follow processes and Health & Safety procedures
  • Attention to detail and high focus on product quality
  • The ability to work to deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience of operating machinery and carrying out basic maintenance
