Quality Administrator

We are looking for an Quality Administrator who is highly organised and passionate individual to support the day-to-day admin for the department.

The Role

  • Responsible for Electronic Archiving to ensure that systems are up to date with the scanning, attaching and approval of paperwork.
  • Provide fast track support for the QA Batch Release Group, to facilitate timely release of product.
  • Participate in a change request system to facilitate the updating of documentation as part of Change Control (or other requests).
  • Use standard format templates when carrying out document control of Quality system documentation.
  • Carry out document obsoletion where required.
  • To support with ongoing standardisation and Quality projects, supporting - Quality Compliance Manager, Quality Administrator Supervisor, QE & Quality Assurance Team.
  • Carrying our data capture and monitoring where required.
  • Able to work from a weekly worklist with minimal support from their line manager and have some input into scheduling their own work.
  • Able to plan and prioritise their weekly workload effectively with minimal support from their line manager.
  • Participate in all necessary training and development relating to the job role.

 

The ideal Candidate

  • Grade C GCSE English and Math's as a minimum
  • Previous administration background ideally 1-2 years
  • Microsoft Office – basic levels for all key programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills (verbal and written)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Must be able to work in a busy, open team environment
  • Able to work alone or as a team player willing to support others when needed
