We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Scientist to work in our busy Validation (including Clinical Chemistry) Department.  

Working in a multi-disciplinary team environment, the successful candidate will be expected to make scientific and intellectual assessments on performance of our new products.   The successful candidate will be involved:

  • Assessing the performance for our current portfolio and pipeline products.
  • Involved in assessing the utility of finished products through the analysis of samples from clinical studies.
  • Performing laboratory experiments as directed by the Project Leader and to record data in compliance with the company Quality policy.
  • Technical support for the research and development of portfolio and pipeline products.

 Essential:

  • A relevant degree or related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent team working: participates and co-operates with others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Adherence to procedures and accurate record keeping
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business
  • To have enthusiastic and have a passion for Science
