We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Scientist to work in our busy Validation (including Clinical Chemistry) Department.
Working in a multi-disciplinary team environment, the successful candidate will be expected to make scientific and intellectual assessments on performance of our new products. The successful candidate will be involved:
- Assessing the performance for our current portfolio and pipeline products.
- Involved in assessing the utility of finished products through the analysis of samples from clinical studies.
- Performing laboratory experiments as directed by the Project Leader and to record data in compliance with the company Quality policy.
- Technical support for the research and development of portfolio and pipeline products.
Essential:
- A relevant degree or related discipline (or equivalent)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent team working: participates and co-operates with others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise
- The ability to multi-task
- Adherence to procedures and accurate record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be flexible to the needs of the business
- To have enthusiastic and have a passion for Science
