Warehouse Operatives

Due to growth we have 2 new positions to join our busy Cathorpe Road, Materials Department.  The successful candidates will be involved in:

  • Carrying out Goods Inwards, Warehouse Logistics and Pre-assembly activities.
  • To action workload and complete the objectives set by the Goods In Manager in order to ensure that operational objectives of the department are met and delivered within agreed timescales.
  • To communicate issues and challenges to the Goods In Manager and colleagues to ensure smooth day to day operational activity.
  • To contribute in the development of operational procedures to ensure best practice and most efficient working practices.
  • Suggest improvement initiatives to ensure that the section is performing as efficiently as possibl

Essential:

  • Previous experience of working in a Warehouse environment
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Good verbal communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Basic Computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business

Hours: 40 hrs
