We have 2 new opportunities for Administrators to work in our expanding Quality Administration team.  The successful candidates will be involved in:

  • Electronic archiving to ensure that the company ERP system is up-to-date with scanning, uploading and approving
  • Facilitating the update of documentation as part of Change Control
  • Using standard format templates when carrying out document control of Quality System documentation
  • Carrying out document obsoletion where required
  • Assisting with updates to our learning management system
  • Supporting with ongoing standardisation and Quality projects, supporting – the Quality Compliance Manager, Quality Administrator Supervisors, Quality Engineers  & the Quality Assurance Team
  • Carrying out data capture and monitoring where required e.g. for Quality Administration processes.

Essential:

  • GCSE in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)
  • Educated to AS level, A level or equivalent or previous relevant work experience.
  • Experience of working within an administration function
  • The ability to work within a team
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • To have a methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
  • To be flexible to the needs of the business

Desirable:

  • Quality Assurance Administration background
  • Knowledge of quality systems
