We have a new opportunity for an Administrator to work within one of our Manufacturing Departments.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Providing support to Laboratory Technicians and Supervisors within the department,  including scheduling support, shop order operation management and stock requirements.
  • Worksheet and Quality checks on Excel.
  • Providing support to Technicians and Supervisors within the department including worksheet second checks, and worksheet completion monitoring and worksheet quality checks of active manufacturing records.
  • Providing administrative support as required to Managers and Supervisors within the department.
  • Providing administrative support within the department for equipment maintenance and calibration.  In addition, providing administrative support for new equipment against the company’s Incoming Equipment Procedure (specifications, sourcing, receipt, qualification and validation).
  • Generation of Department KPI’s.

The ideal Candidate 

  • Grade C GCSE English and Math's as a minimum
  • Previous administration background ideally 2 years
  • Prior experience in and International Admin role dealing with multiple countries
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team
  • Microsoft Office – basic levels for all key programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills (verbal and written)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Must be able to work in a busy, open team environment
  • Able to work alone or as a team player willing to support others when needed
