We are looking for a Administrator who is highly organised and passionate individual to support the day-to-day admin. 

The Role  

  • Take ownership and management of the departmental inbox Ensure timely follow up to all enquiries and maintain any associated KPIs 
  • Provide weekly reports to team 
  • Development and provision of other management reports as needed.
  • Ensuring all documents i.e. signed specifications, are in place on ERP system to enable order processing
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Update specification reports.
  • Assist in the completion of finished product and production related documentation, required for the successful design transfer of new products into the manufacturing. This is to include (but not limited to):
  • Establishment and upkeep of project trackers
  • Product inserts (including the setting up of template documents)
  • Product data sheets / QC certificates (including the setting up of template documents) 

The ideal Candidate 

  • Grade C GCSE English and Math's as a minimum
  • Previous administration background
  • Prior experience in and International Admin role dealing with multiple countries
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team
  • Microsoft Office – basic levels for all key programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills (verbal and written)
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Must be able to work in a busy, open team environment
  • Able to work alone or as a team player willing to support others when needed
