Contracts Manager UK & Ireland

We are looking for a Contracts Manager who is a highly organised, driven individual to help maximise the tender successes and manage existing customers contracts for the UK&Ireland Sales team.

The Role

  • To drive and own the tender process; coordinating the delivery of the most compelling tender offer demonstrating value to our customers and/or Managed Service Company (MSC) partners: liaising with MSC’s, Binding Site Legal, Territory Managers, Medical Science Liaison (MSL’s), Product Managers, Technical Support, Global Marketing and the Field Sales Manager.
  • To act as key contact for all MSC’s and to disseminate information internally as necessary: Territory Managers, MSLs
  • To own/maintain an up-to-date to database of contracts, direct or as a 3rd party to an MSC’s
  • To actively manage all contractual obligations including service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in UKI contracts
  • To work with Technical Service and Global Marketing to create a database of tender specification answers to standardise responses and avoid delays.
  • To attend tender meetings, both pre and post awards
  • To actively promote our portfolio with MSC’S
  • To own quarterly reviews with MSC’s, working with existing tools to ensure contract compliance and take action if not compliant, in collaboration with FSM/Territory Manager.
  • To work with Binding Site Legal to review proposed contracts (T&Cs), paying particular attention to elements that expose TBS to risk such as indemnity levels, liability levels, customer rebate schemes, discount matrices and KPI penalties

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven background within contracts and tender processes
  • Extensive experience of OJEU tender process
  • Experience within NHS & or diagnostic industry is preferred
  • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Travel requirements: ability to visit customers across UK and Ireland

Location: UK -Ideally with in 1.5 hours of our Head Office in Birmingham

Hours: 40 hrs (Remote)
