You will support our customers in the sales area Germany West with home office in the region of Frankfurt/Main or Cologne.

 

A day in the Life:

The focus is on providing scientific advice to our customers in the laboratory and clinic as well as the independent development and realisation of projects. You will be responsible: -

 

  • Product presentations and support customers during product launch.
  • Preparation and coordination of offers.
  • Budget planning and sales controlling for the sales territory to be supported.
  • Competition monitoring
  • Launching new products for the employer
  • Ensuring that customers are familiarized with the employer's products.
  • Recording customer complaints and ensuring that they are processed.
  • Initiating, implementing, and monitoring defined projects, also in close cooperation with the responsible MSLs
  • Organizing and supporting decentralized training events for customers
  • Participation in internal (e.g. AD conferences) and external (trade fairs, exhibitions) events
  • Independent preparation of package inserts, marketing materials and scientific literature for sales
  • Weekly reporting using the CRM system.
  • Maintenance of the data stored in the CRM system, taking into account the applicable SOPs
  • Regular exchange of information with colleagues and superiors as well as passing on information regarding competitive activities and the market situation to the marketing department, the superior sales manager and the managing director

Keys to Success:

Your analytical, structured and strategic thinking skills with a high level of planning expertise

Education

  • University degree in a scientific discipline

Experience

  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of the diagnostic market
  • Knowledge in the field of immunology and/or protein chemistry

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • You are motivated to succeed and prefer to work independently
  • You are committed and enjoy working in a team
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
